The 2021 and 2022 champions pulled off a captivating 2-6, 6-3, 6-4 comeback to navigate past gallant duo Rohan Bopanna and Matthew Ebden.
“I could never have thought about this in my wildest dreams. I have to thank my partner, this is our fifth year together. It’s not been the best of seasons, we’ve stuck it out, put in a lot of hard work and kept believing. I can’t believe we’re here!” It was a dream start from 2010 finalist Bopanna, with a put-away volley and ferocious forehand bringing an immediate break to love.
